911jl | Got Questions? We've Got Answers

911JL supports payment methods that are widely used across the Philippines, including:

• GCash — one of the most popular mobile wallets for Filipinos
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) — fast and easy mobile payments
• Philippine bank transfers — via online banking portals of local banks

All transactions are handled in Philippine Peso (PHP). For information on minimum deposit amounts and processing times, check the Deposit page. Most deposits are reflected in your account within a few minutes.

Withdrawals follow a straightforward process. Log in to your account, go to the cashier or wallet section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred payment channel — GCash, Maya, or a Philippine bank account — and enter the amount you want to cash out.

Before your first withdrawal, you may be asked to complete a quick identity verification (KYC) step. This usually involves submitting a valid government-issued ID. It's a one-time requirement that helps keep your account secure.

Once your withdrawal request is submitted and verified, processing typically takes a short period depending on your chosen method. Bank transfers may take slightly longer than e-wallet payouts.
