Terms & Conditions — 911JL

01. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 911jl online gaming platform, including all games, betting services, and account features available on the site. By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 911jl. These Terms apply alongside any game-specific rules, promotional terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and 911jl.

02. Eligibility

To register and play on 911jl, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement and applies regardless of where you are in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person playing on your own behalf — not on behalf of any other person, business, or third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gaming platform where such records may apply.
• You must be using funds that belong to you and are not proceeds from any illegal activity.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of 911jl or any of its affiliated providers.

911jl reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. If verification is not completed within a reasonable period, your account may be suspended until the process is finalised.

03. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 911jl. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number. Any false information provided during registration may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

• One account per person — Only one account is allowed per individual, household, device, and payment method.
• KYC verification — You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. This is standard account verification, not a penalty.
• Keep your credentials secure — Do not share your username, password, or OTP with anyone. 911jl will never ask for your password via any channel.
• Report unauthorised access — If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately via [email protected].

911jl reserves the right to close or suspend an account at any point where a breach of these registration rules is identified, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

04. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 911jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). We do not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through Philippine-based payment channels including GCash, Maya, and local bank transfers.

• Deposits — Funds added to your account via GCash, Maya, or Philippine bank transfer are credited to your PHP balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals — Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where applicable. KYC verification must be complete before withdrawals can be processed.
• Unsupported methods — 911jl does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit or withdrawal methods for gaming transactions.
• Processing time — Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment channel selected. Bank transfers may take longer than e-wallet withdrawals to reflect in your account.

911jl reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, you will be notified and given an opportunity to address the concern.

05. Game Rules & Conduct

By accessing any game on 911jl — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, fish games, or eBingo — you agree to play within the rules of that game and the general conduct standards set out here.

• No manipulation — Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or interfere with platform systems in any way is strictly prohibited.
• No collusion — Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — particularly live poker or live casino — is grounds for immediate suspension.
• No bots or automated tools — Using automated software, scripts, or any third-party tool to play on your behalf is a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure.
• No money laundering — 911jl complies with anti-money laundering standards. Depositing funds with no genuine gaming intent is prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Game results are final — Once a game round or bet is settled by the platform, the result is final. Technical disputes should be raised with support within 72 hours of the event.

If a game malfunctions during a round — due to a disconnection, server error, or software fault — the round will be voided and any stake returned to your balance where technically possible. 911jl will not be liable for wins or losses arising from a confirmed technical malfunction.

06. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 911jl may offer bonuses, cashback, or promotional rewards to eligible players. Any active promotion will have its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and validity periods — which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

• Eligibility — Bonus eligibility is determined on a per-promotion basis. Not all offers apply to all accounts or all game categories.
• Wagering requirements — Bonuses are generally subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse — Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or using technical loopholes to circumvent wagering conditions, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeit of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiry — Unclaimed or unconverted bonuses expire as per the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonus balances are removed automatically from your account.

07. Responsible Gaming

Gaming on 911jl is meant to be entertainment. It should not be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. We are committed to giving players the tools and information they need to keep their gaming habits healthy and within their means.

• 21+ only — This is a hard age requirement. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be closed immediately, with funds returned to the registered payment method after verification.
• Set a budget — Decide how much you can comfortably afford to spend before starting a session. Once that amount is reached, stop playing. No outcome is guaranteed — gaming results are based on chance.
• Manage your time — Prolonged gaming sessions can be easy to lose track of. Setting a time limit before you start helps maintain perspective, regardless of whether you are winning or losing.
• Self-exclusion — If you feel you need a break from gaming, contact our support team to discuss self-exclusion options. This is available to any player, at any time, without judgment.

08. Privacy & Data

911jl collects and processes personal information as part of account registration, KYC verification, and general platform operation. The types of data collected and how they are used are described in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Data collection — We collect information you provide during registration and verification, including your name, date of birth, contact details, and identification documents.
• Data security — All data transmitted between your device and 911jl is protected by SSL encryption. Account access is further secured by OTP verification.
• Data sharing — We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and fraud prevention services strictly as needed to operate the platform.
• Communications — By registering, you agree to receive account-related notifications. Marketing communications are optional and can be managed from your account settings.

09. Liability

911jl provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and game availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability.

• Gaming losses — 911jl is not liable for any financial losses incurred through normal gameplay. All games involve risk, and players accept that risk when placing bets.
• Connectivity issues — We are not responsible for losses resulting from your internet connection dropping during a game session. If a round is affected by a server-side fault, the stake will be returned where possible.
• Software errors — In the event of a display or calculation error caused by a software bug, 911jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes. We are not obligated to honour winnings resulting from a known or confirmed software malfunction.
• Third-party content — Some games on 911jl are provided by third-party game studios. While we only feature reputable providers, 911jl is not responsible for issues originating from the provider's own software or servers.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

911jl reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the 911jl platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

For any questions about these Terms, reach out to the 911jl support team at [email protected]. We will respond as promptly as possible.
